The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 12.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46896 of 2025, stating therein that on account of some inadvertent mistake and typing error, the parentage and address of this petitioner was wrongly typed as S/o Mahesh Prasad, R/o Village - Saraiya, P.S - Mufassil in place of S/o Shiv Shankar Prasad R/o - Rajanpura, P.S - M.H Nager. The Aadhar Card and the owner book of the vehicle which was seized in the present case have been brought on record by way of Annexure-P/2 series. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37600 of 2026(2) dt.11-06-2026 2/2 3. After having perused the said documents, the parentage and the address part in the order dated 12.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.46896 of 2025 shall stand modified to “S/o Shiv Shankar Prasad R/o - Rajanpura, P.S - M.H Nager” and the period of surrender is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 821 of 2024. 4. The order dated 12.08.2025 is modified to the extent as indicated above. However, the condition(s) shall remain intact. 5.
