Raising of private dispute between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.6 to 8, petitioner has approached this Court by filing an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 3. It is grievance of the petitioner that the respondents are constructing boundary wall over the land in Khata No.16, Plot No.150 and 171 area 32.5/6 decimal of land situated at Mouza Larabad, Anchal Chandwara, District Koderma, which according to the petitioner belong to her. 4. To make this wit petition maintainable, this writ petition is framed in such a manner to include the State authority. The prayer of the petitioner is that the State authority be directed to restrain the respondents from constructing the wall. 5. Considering the nature of dispute which in fact is in between private persons, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition, the same is dismissed with a liberty to take recourse of Section 163 of BNSS or to file an appropriate suit before the Civil Court having jurisdiction and pray for interim injunction. 6.
