1. Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1. That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to permit the petitioner to prefer representation before the Respondent No.2 ADGP, Administration, raipur and also before Respondent No.3 ADGP, Training, Raipur the basic training of 9 months should be exempted and only 3 months of basic training of petitioner should be conducted. 10.2. That this Hon’ble Court may further be pleased to grant any other relief, which is deemed to be fit by this Hon’ble Court.”

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that at this stage petitioner is not pressing this petition on merits and only seeking permission of this Court to submit a comprehensive representation before respondent No.2 and 3 for redressal of his grievance as raised in this writ petition, and in turn, a direction be issued to respondents No.2 and 3 to consider and decide representation to be submitted by petitioner expeditiously within specified time frame. 3.
Learned counsel for respondent-State would submit that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner
3 seeking permission to submit representation before respondent No.2 and 3, he is having no objection. 4. Heard learned counsel for parties and perused documents available in record of writ petition. 5. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for respective parties, without commenting anything on merits of case of petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage permitting petitioner to submit representation before respondent No.2 and 3 for redressal of his grievance raising all the grounds as pleaded in this writ petition. If petitioner submits representation before respondent No.2 and 3, the same shall be considered and decided by them in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation. 6.
