1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent/MCD to take appropriate action in accordance with law and stop the unauthorised activities being carried out by the private respondent no.4 on the ground floor of the property bearing no.F-36, Ground Floor, East of Kailash, New Delhi – 110065 (hereinafter ‘subject property’). 2. It is stated that the petitioner resides on the second floor of the subject This is a digitally signed order. Status report on behalf of the respondent-MCD has been handed over in the Court today. 3.1 Copy of the same has been handed over to counsel for the petitioner and the same is permitted to be taken on record. 4. In terms of the aforesaid status report, on inspection, it was noted that the owner/occupier of the ground floor portion has carried out repairs/renovation under the supervision of MCD and MCD empanelled Structure Engineer. It is further stated that no load-bearing walls have been found, as alleged in the writ petition. 5. Photographs have been filed along with the writ petition to show the same. 6.
