The petitioner seeks action against the private respondent on the ground that he has constructed a temple on the Government land recently. Hence, he seeks a direction to remove the unauthoriesed construction. 2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submits that the property is a natham land and the people have been worshipping the god for more than 20 years and the temple was constructed 10 years ago. The very allegation is that as the said temple has been in existence for the last 10 years, the fact that the private respondent is making an attempt recently to construct the temple is nothing but falsehood. 5. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that there is no merit in this case and there is no element for public interest. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
