The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent/MCD to take action against the unauthorized construction being raised at property bearing no. B-27, Temp Geetanjali Enclave, New Delhi- 110017 (‘subject property’). 2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner on the first call. Hence, the matter was passed over. 3. None appears on behalf of the petitioner even on the second call. 4. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/MCD submits that the construction is being carried out as per sanction plan. 5.
