Mr. Deepak Sharma, learned counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Learned counsel representing the parties submit that after filing the execution petition the respondents have paid the amount while implementing the judgment sought to be executed but the interest has not been paid. 3. Since this Court while allowing the petition on 27.10.2025 had given the directions to the respondents to pay 50% wages to the petitioner in the pay scale of Rs.2720-4775/- w.e.f. 15.09.2003 to 13.09.2009 and full wages from 14.09.2009 onward in the corresponding revised scale, which was to be paid 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 within a period of two weeks from the date of passing the judgment, failing which the respondents would be liable to pay interest on the accrued amount @6% per annum from the date it fell due till the date of actual payment. Once this Court while allowing the petition had given a specific direction to pay the amount within two weeks, failing which the interest shall be paid, the respondents are under obligation to pay the interest too, on the amount which has been paid to the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel representing the respondents submits that the interest on the delayed payment, as per the direction given by this Court shall also be released in favour of the petitioner within eight weeks from today. In view of this, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, in case the interest on the amount is not paid within eight weeks from today to the petitioner, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 5.
