Learned APP for State appears on advance notice and refers to order 05.08.2026 passed by learned Coordinate Bench presided over by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Girish Kathpalia, whereby a similar petition was heard in and was, thereafter, permitted to be withdrawn. She submits that, while withdrawing the abovesaid petition, petitioners had not sought any liberty to file petition afresh before this Court and, therefore, the petition is not maintainable. 3. This Court has also seen the abovesaid order dated 05.08.2026 and since the abovesaid petition, seeking similar relief, was permitted to be withdrawn without granting any such liberty, the present petition is, hereby, disposed of, as being not maintainable.
