Pursuant to the order dated 27.07.2026 passed in this writ petition, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record a copy of office order dated 28.07.2026 passed by the respondents- Corporation deciding petitioner’s claim for grant of earned leave from retrospective date.

Taking note of above, the present execution petition is disposed of. Liberty is, however, reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for the redressal of his surviving grievance, if any, including against the consideration order
