The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: “10.1 Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the Respondent No. 1, 2 and 3, to immediately accept delivery of the complete mobile planetarium system along with all accessories, software, and content from the Petitioner in terms of the Work Order dated 27.12.2023 and Agreement dated 27.12.2023; 10.2 Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the Respondents to provide complete cooperation to the Petitioner in installation of the planetarium system and training of departmental personnel as per the work order terms; 10.3 Pass such other or further order(s) as may be deemed just, fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 29.01.2024 (Annexure P-4) and another representation dated 06.02.2026 (Annexure P-5) before Respondent No. 1, the District Collector, District Surguja. The said representations are pending consideration before Respondent No. 1, and it is prayed that a direction be issued for their expeditious consideration and disposal. 4. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents/State submits that Respondent No. 1, the District Collector, District Surguja, will decide the petitioner’s representations expeditiously. 3 5. Upon due consideration of the facts discussed above and the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, we find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage with a direction to Respondent No. 1 to consider and decide the petitioner’s representations dated 29.01.2024 (Annexure P-4) and 06.02.2026 (Annexure P-5) at the earliest, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order passed by this Court. 6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. It is, however, made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case, and Respondent No. 1 shall decide the petitioner’s representations independently and in accordance with law.
