Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: “10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ quashing impugned transfer order dated 31.12.2024 (Annexure P- 1) in respect of petitioner, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to discharge her duty as PTI teacher at Govt. Higher Sec School Manjira. 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem and proper in the present circumstances of the case.” 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of difficulties shown in the writ petition for joining of petitioner at transferred place in Surajpur, petitioner may be permitted to submit representation before respondent No.1 and a direction be 3 / 3 issued to respondent No.1 to take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner considering the grounds raised therein at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit representation before respondent No.1 raising all the grounds and if such representation is submitted, respondent No.1 shall consider and decide the same in an objective manner within a further period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
