That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the candidature of the petitioner for appointment in the appropriate department of the State Government as per their eligibility in accordance with law. 10.2. That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to decide the pending representation/grievances of the petitioner at the earliest. 10.3. Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be awarded to the petitioner including cost of petition” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that earlier petitioner has approached this Court by filing WPS No.4005/2004, which was disposed of observing that the State shall take decision in the case of petitioner on similar lines as in the case of Shaskiye Aupcharikettar Shikshak Sangh. Petitioner’s claim was forwarded by the District Education 3 Officer Sakti before the Director, Directorate of Public Instructions, Naya Raipur vide letter dated 28.4.2025 seeking guidance, however, till date no response to said letter is sent by the Director, Directorate of Public Instructions. He further submits that in the facts of the case, a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to take decision on letter, Annexure P-6 of the District Education Officer, Sakti at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that as petitioner is not pressing this petition on merits and only seeking direction to respondent No.2 to take decision on letter dated 28.4.2025 of the District Education Officer Sakit, he is having no objection. 4. Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 5. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for respective parties, without commenting anything on the claim of petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage directing respondent No.2 to take decision on the letter of the District Education Officer Sakti dated 28.4.2025 in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of 02 months from the date of receipt of order. 6.
