The Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the Respondent Nos.
3 and 4 and their subordinate staff in seeking to dispossess the Petitioner from her landed property over an extent of Ac.3.00 cents in Sy.No.81-3b and Ac.0.65 cents in Sy.No.81-1b situated at Kindra Village, Rajavommangi Mandal, East Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader passed on the signed Written Instructions of Tahsildar, Rajavommangi, dated 04.04.2026 wherein it is stated that there is a property dispute between the Petitioner and the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 over the subject property. However, it is specifically mentioned that Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 and their subordinate staff are not interfering with the subject property. The relevant portion of the Written Instructions are extracted below:
“It is further submitted that the contention of the Writ Petitioner that Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 and their subordinates are interfering with her peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land to an extent of Ac.3.00 cents in Sy.No.81-3B and Ac.0.65 cents in Sy.No.81-1B situated at Kindra Village, Rajavommangi, Polavaram District, is false and baseless”. 4
