Learned Assistant Government Pleader passed on the signed Written Instructions of Tahsildar, Rajavommangi, dated 04.04.2026 wherein it is stated that there is a property dispute between the Petitioner and the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 over the subject property. However, it is specifically mentioned that Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 and their subordinate staff are not interfering with the subject property. The relevant portion of the Written Instructions are extracted below: “It is further submitted that the contention of the Writ Petitioner that Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 and their subordinates are interfering with her peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land to an extent of Ac.3.00 cents in Sy.No.81-3B and Ac.0.65 cents in Sy.No.81-1B situated at Kindra Village, Rajavommangi, Polavaram District, is false and baseless”. 4 3. In the light of the same, as the grievance of the Petitioner is redressed, the Writ Petition is closed.
