This Court exercising jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot be an Executing Court of an order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer. If the grievance of the petitioner is that the Sub-Divisional Officer is not executing any order, it will be open to the petitioner to approach the Deputy Commissioner and make a complain. If such complain is made, the Deputy Commissioner will look into it and take necessary steps. 3. With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
