For the Respondents: Nemo. ____________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): The present application has been filed against the judgment of acquittal passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Chamba, District Chamba, Himachal Pradesh vide order dated 01.07.2025. 2. It has been submitted that the complainant intends to approach the Court of learned Sessions Judge as per the judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court in Criminal Appeal Nos. 1868-1870 of 2025, titled as Celestium Financial versus A. Gnanasekaran & Others. Since, the Hon’ble Supreme Court has held that a person has a right to approach the Court of Sessions against the order of acquittal, therefore, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:30893 liberty to approach the Court of Sessions in accordance with the aforesaid judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court. 3.
