The issue in the present petition pertains to the grant of extraordinary pension in favour of the petitioner with effect from 01st April, 2022, along with arrears and interest. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents state that a counter-affidavit has been placed on record, along with which the Sanction order dated 08th June, 2026, has been produced. 3. It is further submitted that 75% of the extraordinary pension has been sanctioned in favour of the petitioner with effect from 31st March, 2022. 4.
