The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash impugned seniority list of Staff Nurse issued by Respondent No. 3 on 02.02.2026, as on date 01.04.2024, where name of the petitioner not recorded. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 3 to issue a fresh Seniority list of Staff Nurse and consider case of petitioner for seniority from initial date of appointment i.e. 15.04.2008, within a stipulated period. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 3 after granting seniority to the petitioner as Staff Nurse, initiate promotion proceeding to the next higher post and consider her case for promotion to the next higher post, with all consequential benefits, within stipulated period.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent order passed on 27.02.2026 by the Director, Department of Medical Education, this writ petition has rendered infructuous. 3.
