Learned counsel for respondent No.3 has produced order dated 20.03.2026 and apprised the Court that the work charge status has been conferred upon the petitioner, on completion of eight years of continuous service on daily wage basis with a minimum of 240 days in each calendar year. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order is with riders and the petitioner be given leave to assail the riders in the order.
