The challenge in this petition is to an order dated 13th March, 2026 whereby the learned Civil Judge declined to exhibit a document i.e. sub lease dated 02nd October 1982 (Document No.1 below Exh. 95). 3. Mr. Singh, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the petitioners could have been permitted to tender the said document in evidence, and its evidentiary value could be considered at a later stage. 4. The learned Judge is justiAed in holding that since the document is not proved in evidence, the same cannot be marked.
