Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after investigation, a final report has been submitted, therefore, the present petitions have been rendered infructuous. Learned Public Prosecutor does not oppose the same. Heard counsel for the parties. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners and considering the fact that a final report has been submitted after completion of the investigation, the petitions for quashing the same FIR stand disposed of as having become infructuous.
