Petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging transfer order dated 07.12.2024, whereby the petitioner was transferred from Hirnoda School, Dudu to Government Upper Primary School Pithyawas, Jaipur. Petitioner has also challenged order dated 07.02.2025 passed by Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur, whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner was dismissed. 2. Vide order dated 01.05.2025 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, operation of transfer order dated 07.12.2024 was stayed and consequently the petitioner was allowed to work at Hirnoda School, Dudu. In view of above, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of the present writ petition by maintaining the present position of posting of the petitioner with liberty to the respondent- Government to pass a fresh order of transfer, strictly in accordance with law, in case, the administrative exigencies so arise. 4.
