1. Learned State counsel raises objection with regard to maintainability of this writ petition stating that under the transfer policy, State Government has constituted committee to consider the grievance of employees aggrieved with their order of transfer. Petitioner has not submitted any application/ representation before the committee constituted under the transfer policy.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of objection raised by learned State counsel, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to submit representation before the committee constituted under the PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA
2 / 2 transfer policy, raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition and further direction be issued to the concerned committee to consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner at the earliest within specified time frame.

On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit representation before the committee constituted under the transfer policy, within a period of 10 days from today and in the event such representation is submitted the concerned committee shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 03 weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
