JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent - Tahsildar, Malur Taluk, has not considered the representation given by the petitioner to mutate and enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records pursuant to the registered sale deed dated 28.10.2025 at Annexure-D. Learned counsel submits while pointing out to Annexures-E and F that the Tahsildar has issued notice in terms of Rule No.65, but has not proceeded to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:7029 WP No. 38536 of 2025 2. On the asking of the Court, the learned counsel has furnished copy of the latest RTC of the year 2025-26, which reflects the name of the petitioner’s vendor, Smt. Radha, W/o late Y.Venkatesh who is joined by her children in executing the sale deed. 3. Having regard to the undisputed facts obtained in the writ petition, the writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to the 2nd respondent - Tahsildar, Maluru Taluk, to proceed to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
