If the petitioner is making the same in public interest, the petitioner has to only file a writ petition as a Public Interest Litigation in due compliance with the rules relating to the same. Therefore, this writ petition is not entertained. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a Public Interest Litigation on the same cause of action.
