1. This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:-
“a) Issue an appropriate writ/order/direction in nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 02.07.2026 issued by the Respondent No. 3. AND b) Issue an appropriate writ/order/direction in nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 13.08.2026 issued by the Respondent No. 2. AND c) Issue appropriate writ/order/direction in nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No 3 to consider the application for permission to admit students with 100 Seats for AY 2026-27 in accordance with NCISM ACT, 2020 and the regulations made thereunder within stipulated time frame. ...”
2. It is pointed out that the petitioner has filed its second appeal challenging the Orders dated 02.07.2026 and 13.08.2026. This is a digitally signed order. 3. Since the counselling is to begin from 09.09.2026, it is directed that respondent No. 1 shall decide the second appeal preferred by the petitioner on or before 09.09.2026 and pass a speaking order.
4. The respondent No. 1 shall also consider the aspect of fresh inspection of the petitioner institute.
5. With these directions, the petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order in accordance with law, if the same is against the petitioner.
