The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the financial condition of the petitioner is deplorable and he is unable to comply with the conditions imposed by the learned Trial Court. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 4. Considering the above circumstances, the order dated 03.11.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.1165 of 2025 in Crime No.21 of 2025 of Pedabayalu Police Station, passed by the learned I Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge for trial of offences under ‘the NDPS Act’, Visakhapatnam, against the petitioner is hereby modified as under: i. The Petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only) with one surety for like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Paderu. 3 ii. The petitioner shall also furnish Bank Guarantee for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only). 5. The residual conditions imposed by the learned Trial Court, in the original order shall remain in force and shall be duly complied with by the Petitioner. 6.
