Admittedly, the dispute is in respect of right, title and interest. A partition suit has also been filed in respect of the land which is the subject matter of this writ petition. The petitioner is also a party to the partition suit. 3. Since matter is pending before the Civil Court of appropriate jurisdiction, I am not inclined to interfere with the orders but it is made clear that any of the order passed by the Revenue Authority will not prejudice the Civil Court while deciding the partition suit and the final decree passed in the partition suit, will prevail over the orders, passed by the Revenue Authorities in the mutation proceedings. 4. With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. (ANANDA SEN, J.) 23rd June, 2026 R.S./ Uploaded on 24/06/2026.
