By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following prayers: “a. Pass a Writ of Mandamus, Order or direction to Respondents to comply with the eviction order dated 19.04.2023 and hand over peaceful possession of the concerned portion by - breaking open the lock and further direct the respondent no. 3 to deposit the articles/belongings of Abdul Samad and his family in "Malkhana".” Issue notice.
