After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ application may be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a memorial/revision before the competent authority because after rejection of the Appellate order, the writ has been filed. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents does not have any serious objection. 3. Having regard to the above, without going into the merits of the case, the instant application stands disposed of by directing the petitioner to file a memorial as early as possible, but not beyond a period of 4 weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order before the respondent no. 2. The moment, the 2nd respondent will receive the memorial, he shall pass an order in accordance with law and applicable rules and regulations and shall communicate the order to the petitioner. 5.
