The petitioners have moved this Court for grant of bail in connection with Patratu P.S. Case No. 33 of 2026, registered for the offences punishable under sections 305 (e)/ 317 (2), 317(4), 329(3), 61(2) (b), 112(2) of BNS, 2023. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners were involved in commission of theft of 850 metres of copper wire, which were in pieces, from the plant of the informant. It is next submitted that the allegations against the petitioners are all false and the petitioners have been implicated in this case only on the basis of the confessional statement of the co-accused-Himanshu Kumar. It is next submitted that the petitioners have been in custody since 10.05.2026, as has been mentioned at para 06 of the bail application. It is next submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent as has been mentioned in paragraph no.07 of the bail application. It is next submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners undertake to co-operate with the trial of the case and further undertake not to annoy or disturb the informant or the other witnesses of the case in any manner during trial of the case and they will not go to or near the place of occurrence i.e. the land of the informant where the alleged occurrence took place. It is lastly submitted that the co-accused person with similar allegation has already been admitted to bail by this Court vide order dated 23.04.2026 in B.A. No.3395 of 2026. Hence, it is submitted that the petitioners be admitted to bail. Learned Addl. P.P. opposed the prayer for regular bail. Considering submissions of learned counsels and the facts as stated above, I am inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Hence, the court below is directed to release the petitioners on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JMFC at Ramgarh in connection with Patratu P.S. Case No. 33 of 2026 with the condition that the petitioners will co-operate with the trial of the case and will furnish mobile phone numbers and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that they will not change the mobile phone numbers during the trial of the case and they undertake not to annoy or disturb the informant or the other witnesses of the case in any manner during trial of the case and they will not go to or near the place of occurrence, during the trial of the case.
