Ms. Mandeep Reen, learned Senior counsel appearing for respondent No. 4 submits that on the previous date of hearing, respondent No. 4 had produced his daughter before this Court and due to absence of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter could not be considered. 2. After perusing the pleadings of the writ petition and the compromise deed in particular, this Court is of the considered view that the present petition is not maintainable particularly when there is no marriage agreement between the petitioner and daughter of respondent No. 4. 3. The present petition is not maintainable, as such, the same is dismissed. 4. Mr. Nirmal Kotwal, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be permitted to avail appropriate remedy as available under law. Needless to say that the petitioner does not require any liberty from this Court. 5.
