The Petitioner has prayed for a direction to the Opposite Party No.4 to register the FIR as per the complaint under Annexure-1 and take appropriate legal action against the FIR named accused persons. 2. Annexure-1 is the copy of order dated 24.10.2025 passed in C.T. No. 685 of 2024 before the learned J.M.F.C.-IV, Bhubaneswar, where the Petitioner had filed a petition for rejection of the bail order of the accused persons, but since she filed a not press memo to treat the rejection petition as not p. 2 pressed, the petition filed by her was rejected as not pressed.
