Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not able to recover the dues from the last twenty years. Hence, there may be a direction to the Tribunal to dispose of SA.No.87/2026. 3. Considering the fact that the SA is of the year 2026 and several matters are pending before the DRT, there cannot be a direction to the DRT to dispose of the matter of the year 2026 in priority.
