1. This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers :-
“(a) a writ of certiorari to quash the Letter / Circular dated 25.08.2026 issued by Respondent–Pharmacy Council of India, as the same is beyond the scope of Section 12(1) read with Section 10 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948; as also, is unconstitutional and violative of Articles 14 & 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India….”
2. The petitioner is challenging the circular dated 25.08.2026, primarily on the ground that the petitioner’s application for approval of B. Pharm course for 60 students has been rejected on the ground that the petitioner must have the entire teaching faculty for entire the course available on the date of grant of approval even for a fresh institute.
