Keshri, A.P.P. 02/ 23.06.2026: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with MGM (Mango Muffasil) P.S. Case No.180 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118, 352, 351(2), 190, 191(2), 192(3), and further added sections 109(1) and 303(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 vide order dated 05.12.2025 pending in the Court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that allegations are made that the petitioner went in a hotel and thereafter the altercation took place. He further submits that there are general and omnibus allegation of assault. He then submits that in identical situation co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA Nos.2254 of 2026, A.B.A. No. 2490 of 2026 and 2330 of 2026. He next submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is mentioned in the impugned order. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there against the petitioner of assault and in view of that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. Considering that there are general and omnibus allegation of assault and the altercation took place at the spur of moment and in identical ( 2026:JHHC:18293 ) situation co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid ABAs and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is mentioned in the impugned order, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with MGM (Mango Muffasil) P.S. Case No.180 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. Dt.23.06.2026 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
