On behalf of WBSEDCL, it is submitted that there is a techno-commercial feasibility problem and the grant of any such electricity connection would require payment in excess of Rs.2,00,000/-. In view of the submissions made on behalf of WBSEDCL, WPA 4022 of 2026 stands disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to comply with all necessary formalities in availing of such electricity connection. If such proposed payment is made and all other compliances are satisfied, the WBSEDCL is directed to act in accordance with law and provide such connection to the petitioner. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
