Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for seven months and nine days and has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the case has been committed and date has been fixed for consideration of charges and in respect of the other accused person bail has been very recently rejected. Having considered the stage of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (M) 279 of 2026 is dismissed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
