Indisputably, she is major. [2026:RJ-JP:8886-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-43/2026] On interaction, she submits that she wants to go with the petitioner- Shri Bablu Singh with whom she has married on 30.10.2025. Since, she is major, she will be at liberty to go wherever she wants. In view thereof, this habeas corpus petition is disposed of in following terms: (1) The police authorities are directed to ensure her safe return to the place of residence of the petitioner-Bablu Singh. They are further directed to ensure that no harm is caused to the life and liberty of either Ms. "RK" or the petitioner by the family members of Ms. "RK".
