The petitioners have filed this petition for commanding and directing the respondents to rectify the service records of the petitioners in their respective PPOs by considering their initial consolidated service w.e.f. 1973-74 to 1980 rendered by them for the purpose of calculating the pensionary benefits. 2. The petitioners, in order to seek the above mentioned relief, have relied upon the judgment of this Court passed in WP(C) No. 3998/2019 dated 11.09.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents have complied the judgment (supra) and as such, the respondents be directed to consider the claim of the petitioners in light of the judgment (supra). 4. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that the claim of the petitioners shall be considered in accordance with law, provided the Serial No. 33 2 WP(C) No. 734/2026 claim of the petitioners falls within the four corners of the judgment rendered by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in WP(C) No. 3998/2019. 5. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners as projected in the present petition in accordance with law and the judgment (supra) and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 6.
