The salary of the Petitioners has been enhanced from time to time and according to the last enhancement, the Petitioners are entitled to Rs. 13,200/-; however, they are being paid only Rs. 8,369/-. Being aggrieved thereby, they made oral requests, but the same were not considered; hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed. Learned Counsel appearing for Respondents No. 2 to 8 submits that though in the order the enhanced salary is mentioned as Rs. 13,200/-, it has also been stated therein that the salary is to be paid at the Collector rate. 4.
