2. Even though the writ petition states that the vacation notice is of 31st August, 2026, the vacation notice which has been filed with the petition (Annexure-1 to the writ petition) bears the date of 8th January, 2026.
3. From a perusal of the aforesaid vacation notice, it is evident that the same has been passed pursuant to a demolition order.
4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal MCD (ATMCD) against the demolition order and the same is lying under objections.
5. In light of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition.
6. Counsel for the petitioner shall take steps to remove the objections and get the appeal listed before ATMCD.
7. The writ petition is dismissed.
8. It is made clear that no observations have been made on merits of the case.
9. The pending applications stand disposed of.
