The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the financial condition of the petitioner is deplorable and he is unable to comply with the conditions imposed by the learned Trial Court. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 4. Considering the above circumstances, the order dated 03.02.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.11 of 2026 in Crime No.04 of 2025 of Hukumpeta Police Station, passed by the learned I Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge for trial of offences under ‘the NDPS Act’, Visakhapatnam, against the petitioner is hereby modified as under: 3 Dr. YLR, J Crl.P.No.1313 of 2026 Dated 19.02.2026 i. The Petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only) with one surety for like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Paderu. ii. The petitioner shall also furnish a Fixed Deposit Receipt for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only). 5. The residual conditions imposed by the learned Trial Court, in the original order shall remain in force and shall be duly complied with by the Petitioner. 6.
