This first bail application has been moved by the applicant seeking regular bail in F.I.R./Case Crime No.119 of 2025, under Section 109(1), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 324(4), 352 of B.N.S., registered at Police Station Piran Kaliyar, District Haridwar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has falsely been implicated in the instant crime and is languishing in jail since 18.08.2025. He submits that there is no independent witness of the alleged incident. He submits it is case of cross F.I.R. He submits that in case the applicant is granted bail, he will not misuse the same and will furnish the bail surety as per the satisfaction of the Court. 4. Learned State Counsel has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the parties and without expressing any opinion as to the final merits of the case, this Court is of the view that applicant deserves bail at this stage. 2026:UHC:640 6. The bail application is allowed. 7.
