By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks issuance of a writ of mandamus for release of the petitioner on parole for a period of eight weeks in proceedings arising out of FIR No.443/2020 registered at PS: Vivek Vihar under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2.
