Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities, to decide the pending representation of the petitiner, for counting the petitioner’s service from the initial date of appointment i.e. from 25.01.1999 for pension and other retiral dues, for granting ALFIZA BAIG Digitally signed by ALFIZA BAIG Date: 2026.02.28 11:56:31 +0530 2 / 2 the benefit of old pension scheme & arrears of the revised pay scale due from 25.06.2021 with interest till the date of actual payment in the account of the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s) in favor of the petitioner, as the Hon’ble Court may deem fit & proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was initially appointed as Shiksha Karmi Grade II on 25.01.1999. Petitioner is going to retire from his service on 30th April, 2026. He further submits that petitioner has submitted a representation vide Annexure P-5 to respondent no. 1 on 27.06.2025with a prayer that his earlier service be also counted for computing retiral dues which, however till date it is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 1 to consider and take decision on pending representation at the earliest, within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for respondent -State submits do not dispute the submission made by learned counsel for petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for respective parties. 5. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent no. 1 to consider and take decision on pending representation Annexure P-5 dated 27.06.2025, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 04 months from the date of receipt of the Order. 6.
