A similar petition being W.P.(C) 8295/2026 came up for hearing before this Court on 19th August, 2026 and the same was disposed of directing GNCTD to treat the writ petition as representation under Section 3(7) of the Delhi Medical Council Act, 1997 and take decision on the representation within four (4) weeks from the date of the order, after giving hearing to the petitioner therein. 3. In the present case, the petitioner submits that he has already made various representations. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing respondent no.2/GNCTD to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 23rd July, 2026 (Annexure P-22 to the present writ petition) within four (4) weeks from today.
