Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that as the pleadings of the petition were based on the judgment passed by the Court in Satya Devi’s case, which judgment has been ordered by the Hon’ble Supreme Court not to be treated as a precedent, the petitioner be allowed to withdraw this petition, with liberty to approach the Court afresh on the issue agitated in the writ petition.
3. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn, with liberty, as prayed for. The petition stands disposed of, so also, pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
