Civil Contempt Petition No. 356/2022, on the ground that the said contempt petition was disposed of vide order dated 01.12.2022, on the solitary ground that the order dated 10.02.2022 alleging non-compliance of which, the contempt petition was filed, had been challenged by filing a Special Appeal (Writ) before the Division Bench and since now the said Special Appeal has been dismissed vide order dated 06.12.2022, the contempt petition deserved to be revived. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the Contempt Petition No.356/2022 is restored to its original number. The Civil Misc. Application stands disposed of.
