The present writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:- “(1) To quash and set aside the Order dated 04.03.2022 passed by the Learned Commissioner, S.P. Division, Dumka in Rev. Misc Appeal No. 3 of 2009-10 (Annexure- 3) whereby and where under the Learned Commissioner has passed the order to record the name of heirs of Hemni Mahatwain in complete violation of the legal principles, and settled position of Law in the most perverse and unreasonable manner without application of mind and without taking into consideration the complete facts and circumstances of the case into consideration. AND (11) To stay the operation of Order dated 04.03.2022 passed by the Learned Commissioner, S.P. Division, Dumka in Rev.
