Learned counsel representing the respondent has produced a copy of communication dated 25.07.2026, issued by the Executive Director, HRTC, Shimla-171003, which is taken on record.

A perusal of the aforesaid communication reveals that pay of the petitioner has been fixed from the date of his regularization and arrears thereof have been calculated by the unit concerned for Rs.12,19,906/- as per office order dated 09.07.2024 and further the arrear of salary has to be paid to him as per the instructions of Finance Department’s letter dated 07.01.2012. 2 Rs. 1 lakh, the same have to be paid in five equal annual installments. Since the arrear of the petitioner is more than Rs.1 lakh, therefore, his arrear is to be cleared in five equal installments. The petitioner has been paid a sum of Rs.2,43,981/- on 12.08.2025. Since this Court had disposed of the writ petition on 29.04.2024, it is expected that the respondent-Corporation shall pay the next installment to the petitioner in the month of August, 2026.

Since the respondent-Corporation has passed an office order dated 09.07.2024, in compliance with the directions passed by this Court on 29.04.2024 in CWP No.3456 of 2024, titled Vijender Kumar vs. H.R.T.C., nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is accordingly closed. However, it is made clear that in case the respondent-Corporation does not pay the arrears to the petitioner strictly as per the communication dated 25.07.2026, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition.
4. Accordingly, the execution petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand
